Chair Yoga In-Person

Join us for Chair Yoga at the library! Perfect for all levels and abilities, chair yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga—improved flexibility, balance, and peace of mind—while using a chair for support. Kathy Carey guides us in this low-impact class. No special equipment or experience is needed; just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing. 

Space is limited and sign up is required.
