Basics of Babysitting In-Person

Interested in becoming a trusted babysitter in your community? Join us for The Basics of Babysitting, a fun and informative program that covers everything you need to know to get started. Participants will learn essential skills including child safety, age-appropriate activities, basic first aid awareness, and tips for handling common babysitting challenges. Whether you’re caring for siblings, neighbors, or family friends, this workshop will help you feel confident, capable, and prepared. A quiz will be given at the end of the program, and attendees will receive a certificate of completion.

Perfect for pre-teens and teens looking to take on their first babysitting jobs! Space is limited and sign up is required. Participants will need a pen and piece of paper for notes, as well as a bagged lunch of snack.
